Dear E-LASS member,
Our next event in Piteå is fast approaching. I am happy to announce we can now offer you a complete attendee’s kit and an agenda for the seminar day. The attendees kit contains all information required, including very important information regarding package deals created by our hosts Podcomp and RISE SICOMP. You are offered an all-inclusive deal (price depending on your stay) which you pay for while checking in at the hotel. In order to make this work, this requires everyone to book your hotel stay through Tord Gustavsson (Podcomp) or Peter Mannberg (RISE SICOMP). For the sake of planning, we have set the deadline for bookings to December 14th, therefore make sure to contact Tord and Peter as soon as possible to guarantee your place at the event in Piteå. It is of course possible to book a hotel on your own but it will be more expensive…
As always, we welcome sponsors for the event as it enables us to keep the costs down while maintaining the high quality of everything from meals to transportation and facilities.
